Vibro Purifier
The vibro purifier is a specialized machine used in flour mills to separate semolina from bran and other impurities after the initial grinding stage. It works by combining vibration and controlled airflow. The material is spread evenly over sieves, and vibration causes stratification of particles. Simultaneously, air passes through the material, lifting lighter bran particles while allowing heavier semolina to settle and pass through the sieve. This process improves the purity and quality of intermediate products before further grinding. Proper adjustment of airflow and vibration is critical for efficient operation.
- Combines vibration and air separation
- Enhances product purity
- Removes bran from semolina
- Improves flour quality
- Adjustable operating parameters
